Dear Customer,

Krieger will be proudly presenting at the coming Interphex show for the pharmaceutical world its latest innovations for contained and sterile process technology.

State of the art designs provide a 100% sterility assurance level along with contained processing conditions coupled with lower operational costs and more efficient processing cycles.

Transfer systems and interfaces for contained introduction of powders, API's and viscous liquids will be revealed, as well as an automated powder introduction valve and a sterile sample valve for viscous liquids.

My team and I look forward to meeting you at Interphex.

Yours Faithfully,

Guy Akkermans

CEO

Contained mixing & homogenising

SCC

The new Krieger contained process technology is used by pharmaceutical companies and bio companies who require enhanced mixing functions where contained and sterile mixing are stringent requirements.

A state of the art sealing design for counter rotating agitators has been developed: The Krieger Seal Containment Chamber, which doesn't require the expensive equipment necessary for the sterilisation of mechanical seal cooling liquids. The validation process for this sterilisation cycle is no longer needed and the risks of batch contamination resulting from cooling liquids are entirely eliminated.

Contained technology is a building block that can be integrated with the Molto Mat range.

Contained & Sterile transfer of powder and viscous liquids

                                                                                                  transfer350
Krieger provides a special transfer tank which allows the transfer of viscous liquids and powders under sterile and contained conditions into our Molto Mat range.

Loading and tank discharge operates solely with vacuum and pressure. A specially shaped plunger ensures a 100% discharge. Separate sealed chambers guarantee the sterility of the operation.

Contained introduction of API & ingredients

Buckvalve

In order to realise complete turnkey contained processing systems, Krieger provides contained interfaces for the introduction of ingredients and API's into the Molto Mat range.

Interfaces are designed to be fully integrated with other's supplier solutions (splitt valves, glove boxes,  ...) and their operation is integrated into the main machine operator panel.

Automatic powder loading and batch sampling

Samplevalve

To ensure fully automated contained introduction of different powders into the Molto Mat, Krieger provides an adjustable powder loading valve that can be set to function in accordance with different specific powder parameters.
As such light, heavy and sticky powder characterisitics can be taken into account in the automated powder loading process.

To enable viscous liquids sampling, Krieger provides a specially designed sterile  sample valve that allows the sampling of viscous batches under sterile and contained conditions. The valve is completely integrated in the vessel surface without dead legs and crevices.
