We've added some new classes and many of the favorites are still on the schedule:
We are pleased to have Donna back to teach a lunch break Pilates (mat) class.
We've also added a Wednesday morning Qi-Gong class.
The Beginners Bellydance class starts Tuesday, September 14. Remember you don't have to show your belly to enjoy this class.
Tuesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 pm, 8 week session - $112
Looking for a fun way to get in shape? Try a Dance Fitness class starting Tuesday, September 14th. Move with the music and let the pounds melt away.

Healing and Restorative Yoga
Instructor: Aniko
Appropriate for newcomers at any age or stage of life or in any physical condition, as well as advanced students who just wish to wind down. You will experience healing from the inside out, body, mind and soul.
Feeling tired and stressed out? When did you last take in a full deep breath and just let go? Wouldn't it feel good to have the stress just simply melt away? Don't you deserve a time out for yourself?
Come and experience yoga in a new way. Release and renew with a peaceful pranayama and meditation practice, continued by the joint freeing series, followed by slow gentle stretches and restorative poses.
The Joint Freeing Series moves each joint gently and systematically through its full and natural range of motion. The series starts with the feet and ankles, moves up to the knees, hips, torso and spine and finishes with the neck. The motions described in this series represent all the basic motions of the body. Very beneficial for those with limited mobility due to injury or arthritis. |

Pilates Class
Pilates mat-work focuses on the core stability
of the body with all exercises initiating and radiating from the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks. Pilates stretches and strengthens the body while improving balance and alignment. According to Joseph Pilates, "in 10 sessions you will feel better, and in 30 sessions, you will have a whole new body."

Customer Testimonial Healing with Reiki My Boston Terrier started to suffer from a sliding kneecap. After a minor failed surgery by a veterinarian, my heart was breaking. My little guy seemed in constant pain over what used to be his greatest joy, walking with me, playing ball, being a goof!
About this time Cloud Hands offered a Reiki Level 1 session. I was elated! This was something I had thought about for years. I made the trip home from California and took Cindy's class. It was one of the best experiences of my life!
I returned and started Reiki on my dog. After a week we were back to walking everyday and he was, for the first time in weeks and weeks, pain free! This was pure joy!
Reiki has and will continue to change my life! The beauty and power of Reiki lies within each and everyone of us and it is our great fortune to be able to tap into it! Cindy was a great teacher. Her class was interesting, informative, and very well presented with the respect it deserves. I got so much more from it than I ever expected!
