Feature of the Month - Danger Crafts

Rebecca Danger continues to inspire us with her great monster patterns.  For the holiday season, she has created Holly, Ivy and Steve: Three Holiday Hooligans, perfect for tree ornaments or gifts.  These adorable creatures would look great in Spud and Chloe Fine, Blue Sky Skinny Cotton, Shibui Sock, or Malabrigo sock.
Not only has Rebecca impressed us with her holiday patterns, she has also released a CD containing five downloadable patterns, a "Monster Deal",  perfect for any occasion!  You can't help but love all of her huggable creations; some "monster samples" are currently guarding our Point Grey store.

Note:  Some items indicated in this newsletter will arrive at our Edgemont location on Thursday, Dec. 2.

Upcoming Events

Our recent event with Debbie Stohler turned out to be a huge success and for those of you who didn't notice, she was highlighted in the Vancouver Sun last week.

Also, we would like to thank everyone who knit purple hats for the Children's Hospital Shaken Baby project.  Apparantely thousands of hats were delivered and every hospital in B.C. will receive these to help raise awareness of the Period of Purple Crying.  Well done!

Stay tuned for more upcoming events.
