Feature of the Month - Pear Tree Yarns
The goal of Pear Tree Yarns was to create boutique style knitting yarns using only the "pick of the crop." In addition, the fibre needed to be grown, and the yarn processed, using ethical and environmentally sustainable practices.
As soon as we laid eyes on this product, we knew we had to carry it. It is an incredibly soft merino available in two weights, 8 ply and 10 ply. Come in and be as inspired as we are by the fabulous colours and beautiful patterns currently available at our Point Grey location only. |

Project Ideas
After our fabulous events this weekend with Kaffe Fassett and Brandon Mably, we are now officially part of their fan club and have been inspired to experiment with more colourwork. Our staff has already knit up some gorgeous projects using Kaffe's Colourscape Chunky, all available for viewing at our Point Grey location.
Anina knit up Dandy, featured in The Colourscape Chunky Collection, a simple, yet classic sweater, perfect for any occasion, using only five skeins.
Sarah also quickly whipped up Lilly, a colourful wrap sweater from Rowan, Colourscape Folk, using 3 skeins.
