"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is a reality television series that provides complete home renovations or new houses for families faced with ongoing hardships. Patrick Zeigler and Jessica Hansen are the engaged couple featured on the Feb. 20 episode. On Nov. 5, 2009, a gunman at Fort Hood fired more than 100 rounds of ammunition at soldiers and civilians on base. Thirteen people were killed and 32 were injured, including Patrick, a soldier who had just returned from a tour of duty in Iraq. He was hit four times with a near-fatal gunshot to the head. Jessica dropped out of college to help care for Patrick and assist in his recovery.
Wordyisms provided custom-built frames for various photos of the couple that were hung by the "Extreme Makeover" design team in the new home.
Located at 103 N. Railroad Ave. in Pflugerville, Wordyisms mattes and frames diplomas for colleges and university alumni associations and campus bookstores around the nation.
