This email serves as a weekly membership services update from the Oncology Physician Resource (OPR).  This issue features the benefits of price matching with Oncology Supply.

OPR PRICE MATCHING POLICY
 
'ONE PRICE MATCH ALL PRICE MATCH'
 
 
A program of 'one price match all price match' shall be offered to the OPR membership who purchase  from Oncology Supply

OPR has always believed that our members deserve the lowest price available in the market and we have a widely utilized mechanism that allows practices to support each other by sharing information on best pricing. When a lower price is matched by our distributor, members are notified, through a variety of OPR communication vehicles.

Due to our members' diligence, OPR was able to achieve more than 90 price matches yielding a total savings to our membership of $336,000.
 
Procedure:
Procedure 
1. ZED or CIPS payment terms needed
 
2. If a practice submits a price for matching to the Oncology Supply Account Manager or Lesli Lord and said price is matched, then the other members utilizing the aforementioned terms will be offered the same price. 
 
3. Price matching shall be offered no lower than Dead Net Acquisition Cost (DNAC) plus fifty (50) basis points (0.50%).
 
4. Price(s) to be matched must be established and documented in the marketplace.   Documentation must be provided to the Oncology Supply Account Manager and/or Lesli Lord.
 
5.  If you find a better price on a product, please contact your Oncology Supply representative or Lesli Lord.  
 
6.  All efforts will be made price match for your practice and the entire OPR membership (above terms and conditions apply).  In the event, Oncology Supply is unable to match the pricing due to less than DNAC, short-dated supply, limited time specials, or unreliable sources then OPR members are released from their compliance requirements on that product.
 
7.  The OPR staff will continue to perform periodic market analysis to ensure our price book remains competitive.
 
Description of Payment Terms:
Payment 
ZED (Elite Direct Debit)- The Elite Direct Debit Price book 
 
The ZED program drafts customers accounts on Tuesday for the prior Thursday, Friday, and Monday purchases; and Thursday for purchases Tuesday and Wednesday.
 
ZEC (Elite CIPS)- Better than 30 day pricing

Also known as CIPS (CIPS refers to Customer Initiated Payment System).  This payment system allows customers to pay by statements via telephone by the 20th of the month following the purchases.  The net effect of this program is roughly 35 days.
 
Z45 - Customers pay by invoice in 45 days
 
Z75 - Customers pay by invoice in 75 days
