TR Building & Remodeling is pleased to announce we are
the recipient of the 2010 Guild Quality Guildmaster Award. This prestigious award celebrates service
excellence among our peers in the remodeling industry. At TR Building & Remodeling, we believe that
serving our customers beyond their expectations and maintaining them throughout
the years is the key to success. Guild
Quality, a third party company, allows us to assess our performance through
customer satisfaction surveying and a performance reporting system. This system affords us the opportunity to
analyze trends, evaluate our strengths and weaknesses and even look at the
performance of specific employees. It is
a valuable tool in helping us maintain the highest of standards.
The
Guildmaster Award is based on two primary metrics: the percentage of customers who would
recommend us and the percentage of customers who respond to the survey. We invite you to click on the link below

We also would like to share that we recently participated in
a Builder Roundtable discussion for atHome
Magazine. We were invited to meet with
top local builders to discuss building trends, cost saving mistakes to avoid,
how to make a job go smoothly and more.
It was energizing to converse with the best of the best in our industry and discuss what is relevant in building today. Topics included the economy, trends, and even the make up of our customers. The
article is in the summer edition of atHome
