Dear , Netball America, in conjunction with Crusaders Atlanta Sports Club and Emerald City Netball Club, thanks you for all your votes. They did count, and as a result we now have $6,000 to administer our education programs to children in Atlanta and Georgia. If you missed the video you can catch it here. This is a big win to have Netball America recognized by the Women's Sports Foundation and has opened the door for future grant opportunities. Well, Netball certainly was the talk at Staples Center on September 10th. Congratulations to both teams, especially the u/18's who put on a real performance for the crowd. Check out photos here. Netball America will also be on the road in October and November speaking at various teacher conferences around the country. September 9th marked a special occasion - as part of the 9/11 anniversary, Netball America in conjunction with the NYC Housing Authority, and one of the largest global audit, tax and advisory firms KPMG hosted a volunteer event with 35 volunteers and 75 kids in Brooklyn, NY. The aim of the event was to work with youth to get them moving.

Our video received special recognition at the WNBA Atlanta Dream game in which we received a $1,000 grant and we took home gold of $5,000 at the WNBA Seattle Storm presentation.
