Twitter Tutorial: To Tweet or Not to Tweet
Please join us on Wednesday morning, June 23 from 8:00-9:15 am in the BOMA/Chicago conference room for our next installment of our Social Media Seminar Series.
This free, hands-on, interactive session will demystify Twitter for individuals new to social networking and Twitter users who want to become more successful at utilizing the application. The session will equip attendees with the tools necessary to create a Twitter feed, post content (tweet), gain followers and engage in meaningful conversations with other members of the CRE industry. You'll also learn about Twitter's unique terminology, proper etiquette for tweeting, how to tweet on the go and best practices for utilizing Twitter effectively.
Like our previous session, this seminar is available excluisively to BOMA/Chicago Members and is expected to fill-up quickly. Because of the hands-on nature of the session, we are limiting this seminar to the first 30 individuals who reply.
If you will be able to attend, please email Matt Smith at BOMA/Chicago with your name and the names of any colleagues who wish to attend. |

Please Consider Hosting a BOMA/Chicago Seminar
The Education Committee is grateful to the many members who allow us to use meeting space in their buildings for our education programs. They make it possible for us to offer more than 40 free training programs each year.
Even so, we have the "fortunate problem" of not having enough space to accommodate all of our members who want to attend our most popular seminars. For example, our LEED Lessons Learned series of seminars is nearly "sold out" for the entire year because we have already enrolled the maximum number of students for our classroom. If your building or your company has a conference room that will comfortably seat 100 or more, and if you would allow BOMA/Chicago to use the room at no charge for our member education programs, please contact info@bomachicago.org. With your help, we can make sure that all of our members who want to take advantage of our seminars have the opportunity to attend.
