Earth Hour is Saturday, 3/27: 8:30-9:30PM

Earth Hour 2010

In the largest call to action on climate change in history, Illinoisans will join millions around the world in turning off their lights for one hour--Earth Hour--on Saturday, March 27 at 8:30PM. Last year, more than 80 million Americans in 300 cities and nearly 1 billion people around the world participated in Earth Hour.

To support this global activity, BOMA/Chicago is asking its member buildings to consider participating in this event by turning off your non-essential lighting during this year's Earth Hour.

To sign-on as a participating building, please contact Gina Stefani.

For more information, please visit www.myearthhour.org; become a fan of the Illinois Earth Hour Facebook page at www.facebook.com/EarthHourIL; and become a Twitter follower at http://twitter.com/EarthHourIL.
