BOMA/Chicago will host its inaugural St. Patrick's Day Party on Wednesday evening, March 3, 2010 at D4 Irish Pub & Cafe (345 E. Ohio). $500 sponsorship opportunities are available. This event is expected to sell out quickly due to the limited number of tickets available (100 for Affiliate Members, 100 for Building Members). Registration for the event will open on the BOMA/Chicago website starting this Friday morning. To sponsor the St. Patrick's Day party and receive a guaranteed ticket to the event, email Lisa Goldstein Roths. St. Patrick's Day Sponsorship:
- $500 for sponsorship
- Receive 1 ticket (+ option to purchase additional tickets)
- Signage for event

The session will feature a panel discussion with BOMA/Chicago President Maureen Ehrenberg of CB Richard Ellis, Vice President Robert Six of Zeller Realty Group, and Treasurer Rick Saulig of Northern Trust. The panel will discuss effective ways to ensure your company is included in an RFP bid and the panelists' positive and negative experiences with the RFP process.

BOMA/Chicago invites its Building Members to attend BOMA/Suburban Chicago's Medical Office Breakfast on Tuesday, February 9 titled "Sustainability in Medical Office Buildings." The speaker will be Mark E. Ethridge, Vice President, Environmental Systems Design. Registration begins at 7:30 AM and the presentation begins at 8:00 AM.
The event will take place at Mid America Plaza in Oakbrook.
