Update from Institutional Outreach
It was a proud day as the technology available through the AVC was unveiled last week. I thought of what the founders of the college would have said if they were there that day. We have been fortunate to have leaders since the college's inception who have had such vision as to elevate the college as a leader in the state. While we worry about funding, I am encouraged by the wonderful things that still occur at Wallace State.
As mentioned in the employee meeting, the Bailey Center will be under repair this fall. Employees who inhabit the building will begin moving the second week in July and ending the second week of September. Preparation for the mobile units to be located at the entrance of Medical Drive is set to begin soon. Transitional Learning has already relocated to the Wellness Center. Auxiliary Services has moved to the Bookstore.
