To all those participating in the 10th Annual Jesus in the City Parade this weekend:
TONIGHT Sept 15 there will be a PARADE MEETING at 7:30pm at the Canada Christian College located at 50 Gervais Drive in Room 509 (note the room change. A sign will be posted at the elevator). Churches that have a float or vehicle in the parade should have a representative at tonight's meeting. All those who ordered personalized church and company T-SHIRTS can pick them up tonight. Individuals wanting to purchase a T-shirt before the parade will have a choice of several sizes and colours at tonight's meeting. T-shirts go fast at the parade so don't wait until last minute.
PARADE DAY Any group, church or organization entering a float or vehicle of any sort in the parade should have their team at Queen's Park no later than 10:30 AM so your float can be lined up and ready to go before the beginning of the opening rally at 12 noon. Please listen for parade order instructions from the stage area.
Food: Only Authorized food vendors are allowed to sell food on the grounds.
Selling of Merchandise: Unauthorized sale of items is not permitted.
Litter & Waste: Please do not leave any litter on the grounds throughout and after the event. Waste receptacles, portable toilets and sinks will be available on the grounds.
Distribution of Literature: Pamphlets, leaflets, tracks, books, magazines, newspapers and other publications can only be distributed during the parade with prior approval. A sample of the material must be submitted to Festival of Praise in advance or at the information booth before 11:30 am at Queen's Park.
Parking: Public Parking is NOT available at Queen's Park. MUSEUM or QUEEN'S PARK subway stops are a short walk away and there are other public parking areas in the vicinity.
Media: If you are approached by media and they request someone to speak on behalf of Festival of Praise, there will be a designated media spokesperson available at the Media Booth at Queen's Park.

PRAYER ALONG THE PARADE ROUTE |
| You can walk the parade route anytime along Bloor, Yonge & College Street leading up to Saturday. We recommend that at least two people walk together. Please refrain from handing out any literature and please keep to the sidewalks. Everyday from now until the parade day, various prayer teams will be walking the route at different times throughout the day.
Prayer List: lives changed, city changed, protection for all participants, excellence in floats, music and worship, miracles and healings, beautiful weather, strength for all volunteers.
