| WHAT IF EVERY CHURCH SHOWED UP? |
|
WHAT IF every church that has ever participated in the Jesus in the City Parade decided to be a part of the 10th Annual Celebration on Saturday, September 19, 2009?
-
Downtown traffic would be shut down
-
We would need more police officers
-
People in town for the Toronto Film Festival would be wondering what's going on?
Over the past 10 years over 80 churches, networks and organizations have helped to bring the
Jesus in the City Parade to the streets of Toronto. If your church or organization has not already
registered it's now less than 30 DAYS to get on board. This year's parade takes place on the last
day of the Toronto International Film Festival. What an opportunity to give praise and honor to the
Greatest Celebrity, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords right in the public place on Bloor & Yonge
Street.
As we come out of our walls and leave our divisions on September 19, 2009 we pray God will
bring a notable change to the spiritual atmosphere of this great city of Toronto.
We look forward to seeing you there as we lift up the name of Jesus in the City.
