Holiday Inspiration
Get in the mood for Christmas with an inspiring new movie based on a novel by our favorite knitting author, Debbie Macomber. Starring five time Emmy Award winner Doris Roberts, "Call Me Mrs. Miracle" is a sequel to last year's "Mrs. Miracle" that was the most popular movie on the Hallmark Channel in 2009. "Call Me Mrs. Miracle" will air on the Hallmark Channel, Saturday, November 27 at 8PM ET/PT and 7PM Central. Visit the Hallmark Channel to see a behind-the-scene clip from the movie. Learn more about the movie when Debbie and Doris visit The Martha Stewart Show on Friday, November 26 on the Hallmark Channel. In addition to her busy writing schedule, Debbie has just introduced her own line of knitting yarn for Universal Yarns along with three volumes of patterns inspired by her Blossom Street series of books. Debbie is donating all the proceeds from the sale of this pattern collection to charities that benefit children around the world. Inspired by her Blossom Street books, all six yarns in the collection have flower names, lush textures and rich colors to reflect the garden influence. The collection includes lush cashmere, 100% soft worsted weight wool, DK merino wool in solids and prints and warm soft sock yarn in a fine blend of merino and angora. Truly something for everyone! Make sure you also check out this month's giveaways below to get a FREE Debbie Macomber pattern complements of Leisure Arts and learn how you can win a yarn kit of Debbie's "Gerbera" yarn or an autographed book from this best selling author. |
