BAKED BRIE
A great all around easy dish for camping, tapa or quick meal.
In an ovenproof 9" round dish put:
"1" layer of fresh spinach or assorted greens
2 ripe tomatoes diced 1"
2 fresh avocados diced 1"
kernels from one cob of corn - roasted on the bbq
4 oz of assorted beans
roasted garlic *
4 oz of Natural Pastures Double Cream Brie cut into slices
drizzle olive oil over top
season with sea salt, cracked pepper and fresh rosemary
Bake until cheese melts and spinach wilts. Serve with Gluten Free crisps or toasted focaccia.
* cut in half to expose bulb cloves, brush with olive oil and bbq, squeeze out cloves
