Spring has arrived!
We had some excitement in March here at Union Street, with a fire scare on our roof. It turned out to be an electrical issue with one of our new eco efficient hybrid heat pumps. We wish to say thanks to the Courtenay Fire Department and to Torry and Sons for their quick response.
