July's Happy Birthdays go to Kristy and Jenna.

WHEELS IN MOTION put on an Amazing Race that culminated at The Grotto on Saturday, June 19, that was a great success in educating people on the challenges of getting around in a wheel chair. Think about putting a team together for next year. CONGRATULATIONS TO Jim Milina and his team of volunteers!

SHELLFISH GROWERS ASSOCIATION had a gala dinner on Saturday, June 19, that also was a great success in showcasing some of the Valley's chefs and local products.

VANCOUVER ISLAND MUSIC BUSINESS CONFERENCE
The Grotto was bustling with talented musicians from June 24 to June 26 thanks to Susie and Andy for all their hard work and the many volunteers that make such an event happen.
