Daryl Tanner proudly displays and explains Share One's successful completion of the new and more stringent SSAE 16 SOC Audit report. |
Daryl Tanner kicked off the conference with a welcome to all and a presentation that recapped a highly productive year by the Share One team. NewSolutions 8.0, Home Branch 4.0, and vStatements (paperless statements) top the list of new product developments by Share One this year.
Home Branch 4.0 is now running at two credit unions. The new version has more versatility and has an expanded capacity for member alerts, with a list of possibilities that went from a few to nearly 30.
The new partnership and interface for MemberEdge Mobile Banking via Wescom Resource Group was also a hot topic and Eglin FCU of Fort Walton Beach, FL is expected to offer it to their members in the first quarter of 2012. Within the mobile arena other new product features: PayPal and Remote Deposit Capture will be offered to clients adopting this mobile solution.
Other notable accomplishments include: an increased client roster with five new conversions, seven mergers, nine new full time employees, and the successful completion of the SSAE 16 SOC Audit. The more stringent audit emphasizes security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of the core system and its information.
The theme of the conference, The Jewels of NewSolutions, was enjoyed by everyone and six lucky attendees won prizes ranging from $100 to $500. Attendees also enjoyed many opportunities for collaboration and discussions, as well as a show of fine Southern hospitality and a variety of fine Memphis cuisine.

Lucky winners pictured here left to right, top to bottom, are: Colin MacArthur, New Castle; Jason Monroe, Cascade; Kristie Kennedy, Service One; David Shera, KECU,
Carey Roscrow, Community Trust; and Brennan Stephens, Self-Help.
