|
Greetings! |
This year is already going by so fast and we are already less than a month away from Easter. When our schedules get busy and activities start piling up, I hope that you do not forget the grace and mercy that we were shown on the cross and the salvation that it provides for us. May you take that joy and hope and share it with those around you this Easter season.
Thank you for your continued support of the Tarrant Baptist Association. We hope that this newsletter helps keep you informed of what is going on in the Tarrant Baptist Association and how you can help reach your community. If you have any suggestions or articles to submit, please contact us at 817-927-1911 or email us at luke@tarrantbaptist.org

Church Starting Banquet |
Church Starting Banquet
May 6, 2010
6:30 pm
Travis Avenue South Complex
For the past five years, the Annual Church Starting Banquet has one of the highlights of the year. This year's banquet is expected to be so and more.
In prior years' banquets, each church has "purchased" a table and peopled it with their members. Each table had a couple who were church starters, so everyone had opportunity to meet and get to know someone who was doing New Church Starting. The program included a number of TBA church starters who shared their story of calling, ministry and victory. Many say it is one of the most spiritually challenging and uplifting experiences of the year.
This year's Church Starting Banquet will be held on Thursday evening, May 6, 6:30 at Travis Avenue. There will be stories of church starting that will bring joy to your heart and tears to your eyes. The BIG difference this year is that there will be NO CHARGE for the banquet. TBA Supporters are funding the complete cost of the event. You will simply need to RSVP so TBA can provide the needed places and meals for your church's participation.
Mark you calendar now for this event that will greatly impact your church family and their calling for the Kingdom of God. For more information, contact Jay Harris at 817-927-1911, ext. 215 or jay@tarrantbaptist.org. The deadline to sing up is April 29th. |

This material has been shown to work in several churches in grabbing boy's attention and motivating them to learn and apply Scripture, help girls gain confidence and a desire to follow God whole-heartedly, and provide parents with simple but effective ways to train their children.
