Board Spotlight: Judy Fowler Ottley
Judy Fowler Ottley is a longtime supporter, board member, investor and friend of Rainbow Village. Read Judy's Top 5 Reasons she invests in Rainbow Village:
- Good management with a clear vision on how to accomplish its goals combined with good community support.
- The charity I support must have measurable results! I want to see those results frequently.
- I like the fact that Rainbow Village is a permanent solution to homelessness and to children succeeding in life. It helps to break the cycle for the whole family and helps them understand how they got to where they are and how to not go back to that place again.
- For me, Rainbow Village is the answer to most of the problems generating from the unfortunate circumstances people find themselves in. Rainbow Village is NOT a stop-gap measure. I see it as a permanent solution. I feel we need more of this type of model. The time and energy investment in the program is substantial for the families, but it has proven to get the job done!
- If I am supporting a charity, I realize I must give of my time and my money. Time may be more important than money... we all give in different ways.

Metro Waterproofing
Theresa & Myron Bullock are true friends of Rainbow Village and investors in the "Building Strong Communities . . . One Family at a Time" campaign. In addition to their investment in the campaign they graciously and generously agreed to provide the waterproofing for the foundation walls on the Family Service Center at no cost. Our hats are off to them.
