Greetings!
X Gym Class is Official!
You may already know that we have been experimenting with a class concept for almost a year now and it's paid off, because it's finally ready for the official roll out! There will be a 6:00 am and a 6:30 class, starting Monday 9/17, so click here to get all the info. Hurry though, slots are filling fast (especially in the 6:00 am class).
Also, sorry for the late notice, but we had to give the recent class members first crack at it. You will get first crack at future classes too, if you get on board for this one!
Crack Your Holiday Calorie Code
You don't have to be a victim this year to the sugar cycle starting now and continuing through December 31st. There is hope! You can break this cycle! Just click here to get to the page with the free booklet download.
Train Your Brain Today!
Do you find habits hard to break? Is it a struggle to even stick with the simple brain training exercises you have learned in this newsletter? Well, you're not alone! Your body and brain is designed for efficiency, so your brain prefers to use old pathways over taking the trouble to form new ones. This means it will resist change whenever it can.
You can make it more receptive to change however, by making it used to change. There are lots of ways to do this, but here's one for starters: put your computer mouse on the opposite side of your keyboard and use it with your other hand for a week. It's GREAT for your brain and an amazing exercise in getting your brain to accept change and be more willing to do your brain training exercises.
Thanks,

Eating Dumb Foods Makes You Dumber
Eating foods that are bad for you, ruins your intestinal flora (the good bacteria in your gut) and when that happens you produce less serotonin, which makes you grumpier. This bad flora also makes you produce less BDNF, which is a chemical that is supposed to make you smarter. Good food (like organic greens) that populates your intestinal flora with the good bacteria, makes you happier, smarter and of course leaner!
Is Organic Food Really Better? You may have seen the news recently claiming that organic food isn't much better than conventional. Seriously - anyone with even the most basic common sense can see through that one, especially since Monsanto is on the verge of being voted down by the people in California which will require mandatory labeling of GMO foods. If common sense isn't enough however, click the title above to read the sinister intent behind the latest news blast.
