GMO Food Proven to Cause Weight Gain and Illness
The evil empire that is Monsanto knows that most people would choose not to buy GMO food if it were labeled as such, so they have done a great job so far lobbying congress to keep from passing laws requiring mandatory labeling. As a result, you are eating GMO foods every day, unless you are careful to only buy organic.
Recent studies have found that GMO food is not only fattening, but it screws up your digestive system as well, wreaking havoc on your immune system, making it harder to fight off things ranging from the common cold to major disease like cancer. GMO foods can't survive if we stop buying them and we won't survive if we do, so please start shopping organic. It's worth the extra expense. Trust me!

Kirkland X Gym is Moving!
We are only moving 3 doors down from where we are now, but it's a much nicer space with lots of natural light coming in through skylights, a better flow to the gym and shiny new construction inside! The spot we started, back in 2005 has been awesome, but this one will be even better! Our new address, starting mid September, will be 120 Central Way.
