Science Shows High Intensity Training Improves Cholesterol
We have known for years that intense exercise like X Gym improves cholesterol in our clients, but click the title above for a good example of science backing up that evidence. Can 3 Minutes of Exercise Improve Fitness? People are usually skeptical that 21 minutes, twice a week is enough to see results, but how about 3 minutes per week?
