Exercise makes you smarter by increasing blood flow to the brain, by turning on hormones and chemicals that grow new neurons and by adding more gray matter to name just a few. Older people who are sedentary shrink their brains and can develop dementia.This can be stopped and even reversed though! It's important for
your kids too, so get them moving with you!
X Gym Wins the Big Climb (again)!
The 69 floor Big Climb stair race here in Seattle was dominated once again by the X Gym. No one even came close to our team time, fastest male or fastest female. In fact, Kourtney shattered her own course record by a huge margin (again). What better proof of our fitness system is there than this kind of performance, especially since tower running is the hardest sport on the planet?
