P.S. Myelinating your nerves is easy! It just takes deep practice and consistency. This is how I learned to crave broccoli more than any sweet in my past and I was a sugar-holic!


Glycemic index is great, but watching your glycemic load is best.
The glycemic index (GI) is a useful tool indeed, but you can still eat a bunch of a food which is low GI and have a high Glycemic Load (GL), which can still raise your insulin levels enough to put you in a fat storing mode. Click here to see a GL chart. If you keep your GL below 20 for the day, you will get leaner fast! The good news is, there are plenty of foods on there with little to no GL, and those foods can be consumed in ANY quantity! Say goodbye to calorie counting and restriction and say hello to smaller clothes!
