Is traditional cardio obsolete? Clicking the title above will show you a study that found 20 minutes of cardio to be just as beneficial as a long, drawn out, steady state exercise session like most people are still doing in traditional gyms. Other studies show the same results. In fact, there is so much evidence now, it's not even a debate anymore.
Low Fat or Low Carb? Science proved yet again that low carb rules for fat loss - especially belly fat. My diet is actually considered high fat, yet my bodyfat percentage is in the single digits. Fluke? Not in the slightest. Fat is good for you and there are certain kinds of fats that even help you burn fat off your body! It's the "fast" carbs that are the enemy to fat loss.
