Break out the cash and buy less junk
Studies show that when people shop with cash, they are more likely to think through each purchase. Since most junk food is bought on impulse, people tend to choose healthier food when they pull bills out of their wallet than when they whip out the plastic. Sound too easy to be true? Well, most of the brain training techniques taught at X Gym seem that way too, but even so - they work!

Train Your Brain Today
Did you
take a mental picture of the food you would like to stop craving and then fade the colors, texture and resolution in your mind's eye and then imagine it farther away and more distant? Did you do the opposite with the food you want to start eating more often?
If so, you learned a little bit about how the brain codes cravings. Knowing how this works can be an amazing tool to bust food cravings permanently. For another related technique, try the following. If you find yourself in a bad mood from a past memory, relive that memory in reverse and high speed, like you are rewinding a DVD movie. More on this next time...
