Telomeres are the are the vital protective coverings on the ends of the DNA strands in all of your cells.

Train Your Brain Today
Did you pick some expectations you have for your life and change them? How did it feel? Liberating? Scary? If it did, your brain is getting retrained! This exercise trains your subconscious to be more flexible and makes it easier to reprogram at will.

Live longer by choosing an active leisure time!
To me, this is common sense, but some have to hear it from science. Studies now conclude that choosing activities that get you off the couch during your leisure time, make you live longer. This has special implications for your kids with TV and video games, which means that you can increase their lifespan by getting them moving!

Does sugar consumption cause mental health issues?
Studies found a strong link between high sugar consumption and the risk of both depression and schizophrenia. Sugar suppresses activity of a key growth hormone in the brain called BDNF. BDNF levels are critically low in both depression and schizophrenia. Sugar also triggers a cascade of chemical reactions in your body that promote chronic inflammation, which disrupts the normal functioning of your immune system and wreaks havoc on your brain. Once again, it's linked to a greater risk of depression and schizophrenia.
