Is Your Diet Killing You?
If you are eating processed foods instead of real food, you are in fact killing your cells and causing a premature death. This isn't just my opinion. It is now indisputable and proven by the recent research, but people still don't get it or just refuse to believe it because they are addicted to processed foods.

Most ingredients in processed foods are there for only two reasons: to make it palatable and to make you addicted. Read the label and see how many ingredients you can pronounce. Half of the ones you can't say are chemicals that have been added by the food manufacturer to make you mentally and physically addicted to their product. The other half are there because without them, the food would taste and feel like cardboard since all the real nutrients have been killed in the processing.
