What? A Low Carb Stuffing?
Yep! Just click here for the X Gym's recipe page and see for yourself.  Other holiday recipes were offered at the X Gym cooking class last month, so if you want us to put on another one and show you how to cook a delicious fat-burning Christmas dinner, read on...

Who Wants Another Cooking Class in 2009?
We have another chance to have a 2nd cooking class in West Seattle on Thursday night, December 10th at 6 pm, so if you are game for this, or if you missed the last one, let me know and we'll do it! Just click here to email me.

X Gym Facebook Fan Page Now Open
Are you a Facebooker? If so, click here to go to the new official X Gym Facebook page and become a fan! In return, you will get valuable updates and will be in touch with "inner circle" info through this popular social media channel. Remember to sign up to follow xgym on Twitter as well!

Can You Make Me Climb the Wamu Tower 7 Times?
If you donate before December 3rd, you can get in on the scheme to make me run up the Wamu tower over and over and over. For every $1,000 raised, I will climb the 56 story WAMU tower once (up to 7 times). Click here to donate and then enter my name to find me. Even $5 makes a difference for this great cause!

X Gym Workout DVD Available Soon!
It's finished, and it's getting the final touches on the cover graphics now, so be ready to get your copies this holiday season to be part of the fitness solution for your friends and family no matter where they live! Click here to see the 30 second teaser trailer.

Train Your Brain
Did you pick a color to focus on when you had a craving for something you shouldn't be eating? Did you then turn that color into different hues of blue? This technique makes your brain go to a different place and breaks the craving pattern instantly. The color blue is calming to the brain and lowers the intensity of emotional eating and cravings.

How about some aversion therapy for this issue's brain training suggestion? Just click here to be disgusted and amused. What you see will be hilarious but true! I'll tell you why linking up associations like this in your brain is helpful in the next issue...

Thanks,

P.S. Seriously, if everyone on this newsletter list gave just $5 to the cause to fight Cysitic Fibrosis, I would have to climb the WAMU tower multiple times. C'mon! Get me back for creating the torture you endure at the X Gyms! Get your coworkers, friends and family in on it too! It's a fantastic cause! Click here and enter my name.

Can You Sleep Yourself Thin?
Recent research suggests that proper sleep and nutrition may help maintain or rebuild the balance between your circadian clock and your metabolism, and could also help explain why lack of sleep can increase hunger and lead to obesity, illnesses and accelerated aging.

Is Conventional Food Poisonous?
You probably already know that genetically modified (GM) food was developed by Monsanto to be resistant to Roundup herbicides so crops would be immune, but surrounding weeds would die. Did you know however, that the Roundup stays on the food so you end up eating it later? Did you also know that Roundup kills your cells and makes it harder for you to lose fat? Yep, yet another reason to go organic!
