Brain Training: Remember my suggestion last week to write your fitness goals, post them, and ask the questions twice daily? How did it work? Regular application of this method permanently changes the front part of your brain - the prefrontal cortex. Changes here make forethought more natural and cause you to make better decisions in all areas of your life.
