AVOID OVER STUFFING
It may seem like a hard task, but remember that you have control of your plate at Thanksgiving Dinner. To avoid overstuffing, make sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Don't starve yourself until the big meal arrives or else you will be more prone to overindulge. Drink plenty of water before the feast begins. Forget the notion of "seconds." STAY MOTIVATED AND FIT DURING THE WINTER MONTHS
