CHRIS FOSTER PLACES 5TH OVERALL IN THE  CHICAGO TRIATHLONThe Chicago Triathlon is touted as being one of the world's largest.  This year was no exception with over 8,500 racers toeing the line last Sunday.Chris Foster finished an impressive 5th overall, leaving many great named athletes finishing behind him. HEALTHY AGING MONTH
September is National Healthy Aging month, dedicated to helping individuals think more positively about growing older.
