Please go to NPNutrition.com, sign up and submit your questions.  Free of charge! Even if you aren't running, sign up and submit your nutritional questions today. NewPFC Can Prevent Your Energy Crisis
No one ever wants to experience an energy crisis. But most of us do, especially between 2-5 pm each day. The supplement D-Ribose has the ability to stimulate the release of adrenaline, increase strength in heart and muscle tissue, and minimize levels of fatigue by flooding the body with the fuel necessary for full recovery - especially after exercise. In cases of fibromyalgia, where fatigue is accompanied by soreness or pain, the supplement D-Ribose along with Malic Acid works to maintain the oxygen levels in your muscles and improve your cells production of ATP. This product is used widely in all sporting activities to enhance performance. So get rid of the energy crisis and boost your stamina with this fantastic supplement.

Our Energy Bars Keep You Going
We know that most of our clients are busy people. Whether it's running in and out of the office, traveling or picking the kids up from school, people get so busy that they forget to take the time to care for their body's nutritional needs. With this fast paced society that we live in, everyone requires two snacks a day in between meals to keep their bodies re-fueled and to increase productivity. Our energy bars are made with all-natural gluten free ingredients that give you the sustenance you need when you are on-the-go. They're great for kids, those in the office, and those working around the home. With an assortment of flavors you are guaranteed to find a bar that brings you satisfaction and energy throughout the day. Our newest flavors are cranberry plus and lemon plus. That's right, dark chocolate added to make them even better tasting.

Enroll Your Children in Summer Camp by Matt Mahowald
Warm weather is upon us and that means summer break! Give your kids a great active summer by enrolling them in summer-day camps! From sports programs to art camps, theatre groups to culinary workshops - you name it and the Los Angeles surrounding area can keep your child stimulated and active during the summer months. While your children are out of school, make sure you keep them healthy. Cut down on the sodas and save ice cream, cakes and sweets for special occasions and not for every day treats! Provide them with lots of water and frequent healthy snacks, and that doesn't just mean carrots and celery.  Healthy snacks include freezing bananas and other fruits to make delicious popsicles, top a rice cake with low calorie jam, home-made trail mix, and a warm pita with hummus. You want to avoid heavy amounts of carbohydrates for snacks and stick to fruits, vegetables and some fats (all nuts) to keep their metabolism going throughout the day. Have an enjoyable summer!
