Brain Fitness at Weinberg Campus |
Weinberg Campus has partnered with Posit Science to offer our residents a unique opportunity to participate in a training program focused on aural processing (listening), which has a strong relationship to memory, understanding and thinking. A team of neuroscientists and other dedicated people at Posit Science developed the program to help people live life to the fullest at any age.
The Brain Fitness program includes a series of scientifically based, fun and engaging exercises that you perform on a computer in the Weinberg Campus Computer Room. These programs exercise your brain, and are designed to speed up brain processing and improve brain function. The exercises are done for an hour a day for up to eight weeks. It is as self-paced program and adjusts to each individual's abilities and needs.
"So far, it has awakened my listening, thinking and mind concentration skills."
- Ernie Radez, Weinberg Campus Resident.
