Dear Friends,
Hello and welcome to the fall edition of the Irbit Informer! Since our last release in July, we haven't been able to stop moving. Everyone is buying Urals so we've been working like crazy to keep up with the demand on all fronts. Seriously we don't complain. :-) Things are well in Ural land. We've had a record summer retail sales this year. For the period of January to August, we were up 27% from 2011 and-despite expecting things to slow down-from January to September we're showing a gain of 25% over 2011. Chuck (Schram) our dealer recruitment man is bringing more players into the game. Jon (Bekefy) has been putting together some incredible marketing exposure for us. Our parts guys are working non-stop. Factory is getting ready to increase production for next year to meet the growing demand in all of our international markets. We even nailed an awesome partnership with retail financing company FreedomRoad Financial. Read more on that below with pretty cool special that's running this month! Our 2012/2013 Dealer Meeting takes place in just a few weeks, and we're all busy here preparing Powerpoint presentations and information on what Ural is doing, and what we hope to accomplish in 2013. The National Ural Rally Day took place and 390 riders participated. Next year lets shoot for 500 riders...or more! The winning riders from this year's event will receive some very cool prizes. The awards and winning riders are as follows: Top Points: WA45 - Tracy Getty Longest Ride of the Day: CA11 - Lorne Ludwig Top 50 KPH Winner: OR5 - George Long Best Rally Picture: ID172 - David Orlas Additionally, random entries will be receiving free t-shirts via the USPS in the next week or two as well! This year's t-shirt features new artwork, and they will be available for purchase, scroll down further in the newsletter for a look at the artwork. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the Rally Master Kevin Jolly for making this all happen! The last but not the least - you should pick up a copy of October issue of Vanity Fair featuring a picture of Ariana Huffington in Forest Fog sidecar by no less than Annie Leibovitz behind the lens. 
PS: Halloween is coming too. If you end up with your Ural decorated as a pumpkin or something else equally amazing, take a pic and send it in, maybe you'll see it here next time.

News From Hubert
Some of you may already know, but none the less it's worth sharing the news again about our most incredible Ural ambassador, Hubert. The Timeless Ride unfortunately came to a temporary halt earlier this summer when Hubert was stricken with illness. For some time it was very critical, and the prognosis and possible outcomes all seemed very dire at best. We're happy to report that recently Hubert has been on the upswing. He is able to eat, and as he just recently reported on his blog, he's feeling hundreds of times better than he did just a few months ago.

On Two Wheels Video Feature

New Ural t-shirts will soon be available. This was the design we chose for the Rally and we decided to make enough so that we could offer them for retail this fall. We'll send a note once they're available, but when they are you'll be able to order the shirt from your local dealer.

Coming back from Irbit, Jon got busy with the annual Ural Adventure Ride. He reports great time was had by all, with 23 starters this year, one of whom traveled 6,000km for the three day ride. A highlight seemed to be the deep sand sections which many succeeded in clearing on our one wheel drive sidecars without assistance. The picture tells it all:
