Four Things to Do Before You Ride:

1. Pump up your tires
At least once a week, pump up your tires. Correctly inflated tires give you a smoother, easier (and more fun) ride. A floor pump makes this job so much faster! For more info on how to pump up your tires, click here.

2. Check your seat
Does it need tightening? Is it comfortable? Is it at the correct height for you? We have a wide selection of men and women specific saddles. Gel padding and full suspension springs may be just what you need!

3. Snap on your helmet
Did you buy your helmet before 2007? Your helmet's ability to absorb impact degrades over time, so it's best to replace it every 3 to 5 years.
