We want to ask for your help. Our Bikes4Kids 501c3 non-profit charity has just been informed that we will no longer be able to use our current donated warehouse space that we store the bikes in. In case you are not familiar with Bikes4Kids, we refurbish gently-used donated bicycles, and give them to children who would not otherwise have a bike. To date, we have given out 359 bicycles.

    Because you have already met us at Carmel Cyclery, you know that we believe that the best way we can serve our community is by helping everyone get out and ride. This is also why we work hard to give bicycles to children in need. In addition, we give bicycles to public library summer reading programs. The possibility of winning the grand prize of a 'new' bike is a great incentive to encourage children to read.   

   Biking can connect our community in the spirit of family, fun, and fitness.
