Lake Shore Pediatrics

Parents and Patients,

Lake Shore Pediatrics is marching in three parades this summer, and we welcome you and your kids to join us!  We will be at the Lake Bluff 4th of July parade, the Lake Zurich Alpine Fest parade on Sunday, July 22nd, and the Lake Forest Day parade on Wednesday, August 1st.  We are marching to promote health and bicycle helmet safety.  If you and your children wish to join us, please  sign up by emailing parades@lakeshorepeds.com.  You may also sign up at any of our offices.  All marchers will be treated to continental breakfast before the parade and will get a Lake Shore Pediatrics t-shirt (while supplies last).

June 21st is National ASK Day!

In America, nearly one-third of homes with children have a gun, and a staggering 1.7 million children live in a home with a loaded, unlocked gun.  Every year, thousands of children are killed or seriously injured as a result. ASK (Asking Saves Kids) Day is held annually on the first day of summer, a time of year when children play more often in other homes, with the goal of reminding parents about the importance of asking if there are guns in the homes where their children play. More information about ASK Day can be found at www.cpyv.org.

From all the doctors, nurses, and receptionists at Lake Shore Pediatrics, we thank you for your trust and referrals.  Don't forget to email parades@lakeshorepeds.com to sign up to march with us!
