Meet Alison Rennison Alison Rennison

Alison has over twenty-five years' experience of successful leadership in business; developing strategy, building teams and delivering change. Before moving into executive coaching and team development, Alison was Managing Director of a multi-billion pound credit card and consumer credit business, having previously held a variety of director level positions in a global bank for some 15 years.

She has extensive experience of leading and working with senior teams and has always been motivated by helping individuals and teams find ways of developing and using their full potential - and achieving things they never thought possible. She particularly enjoys working with people who are turning ambitious strategy into reality.
