Ready to take your couch potato fitness routine to the next level? Check out my favorite at-home moves:
The "Hollywood" Tummy Tuck:
Ready for a firm midsection like your favorite Hollywood celebrities TV? Try this belly move and get the results you want, without going under the knife.
Go into plank position with hands and feet on the floor. Pull the right knee in toward your chest, keeping your hips low. Lean into your arms as you tuck, bringing the knee all the way to your elbow. Repeat with the left knee, alternating right and left. Do 12 tucks on each side.
Late Night Lunge Dip If you're still up for Letterman's opening monologue, try this move to firm up your legs, glutes, and biceps. (And laughter will take care of your ab workout.)
 Stand with feet parallel, holding weights in each hand. Step back with left leg and dip into a lunge, while doing a bicep curl. Do 12 on each side.
So You Think You Can "Stretch"? TV time is a good way to unwind; so take your relaxation to the next level by taking it to the floor and trying this spinal twist. Lie on your back with knees bent. Stretch your arms to the side and drop your knees to the right, stacking knees on top of each other and keeping shoulder blades down. Hold for 20-30 seconds on each side.
