Autumn is a time of reflection, taking stock, and preparing for the winter ahead. I made so many new memories this summer - working with NextFit in Utah, shooting an exciting new kettlebell workout with Stamina (more on that later!), and having the pleasure of participating in the IDEA Convention in Anaheim, the "Need For Speed" event in Phoenix, and the Zumbathon in Orlando. So as you can see - I was on the road A LOT!
