Current formulation concept:

The True Botanica "multi vitamins and minerals" formula contains three categories of substances:

1. It delivers over 100% of the recommended daily dietary needs for most vitamins and basic minerals.
2. It includes rhythmically prepared herbs, trace minerals and spices (Bioperine) that enhance the absorption and utilization of all nutrients, and
3. It is enhanced by specifically brain active and detoxifying nutrients (guarana, lipoic acid, glycine and choline) that benefit the mind-mental alertness, less fatigue, etc.

A true holistic formula intended to fulfill a threefold health support for body, soul and spirit.

We now offer two versions of our Mental Clarity formula.

1. Our Mental Clarity with NO Iron featuring the energizing herb Guarana.
   
   • Guarana has been proven to increase mental alertness, improve attention to complex- tasks- performance, elevate mood and contentedness and increase memory. Guarana has only a very limited amount of caffeine and many scientists now agree that its effects are probably not due to the caffeine like substances it contains but rather to its antioxidant flavonoids;
   • An additional change in the Mental Clarity II is the use of the methylcobalamin form for B12 as a superior form of this vitamin - a more active and easier to metabolize substance.
2. Our Mental Clarity WITH Iron that features a vegetarian algae based DHA to support cognitive function (WARNING: unfortunately, even though vegetarian algae based, this version has an unavoidable "fish" smell due to the source and production methods).  There is no guarana in this version.
