Are you stuck in a self defeating pattern? Do you constantly hear yourself repeating any of the following questions: "I can't find enough time for myself, for a workout, for my family..." "I really want to do this BUT....." "That's just the way life is for now." "It's the way I've always been." "I'm overwhelmed by all of my responsibilities." "I can't possibly take on one more thing." 98% of our behavior is due to pre-programming from our past that creates automatic thoughts and patterns of behavior. Ideas that were "taught" to us from our mother, father, teacher, preacher, etc. If you simply want to stop the old record from playing again in your mind, Lisa can help you develop strategies and a set of skills to help you start to actualize your goals and release yourself from habitual negative thinking and behavior.

"Why would I need/want to see a Psychologist?"
Understanding the connection
You may be wondering how do Psychologic and Chiropractic care connect. At first glance, we understand the stigma that goes along with counseling or therapy. On second glance, you might be surprised at the unavoidable overlap between structural integrity in the body and soundness of the mind. In an attempt to continually delve deeper into human performance and ask more from our innate potential, we offer Lisa's experience. Lisa will be offering half hour and one hour appointments to work one on one with our patients. Areas of focus include everything from familiar issues such as time or stress management, realizing one's goals, identifying roadblocks to performance, breaking sabotaging self talk and defeat, identity issues, letting go of control, working through grief, loss or life transitions to more specific mental health issues such as Eating Disorders, crises, anger management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression and more. |

Something for Everyone
Lisa also works as a Life Coach to help individuals to balance and prioritize the amount of time and energy spent dedicated to each of their values such as: Family, Financial, Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Mental and Social aspects of our lives.
You will get take home exercises and tools to start working with right away and have follow-up appointments to monitor progress. Lisa will also offer workshops (such as stress and time management, effective communication skills, conflict resolution skills, building healthier relationships and how to effectively cope with and express emotions) in a group setting. |
