On behalf of Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan (VNA) and the thousands of individuals we serve, thank you for your loyalty and trust.  Our 112-year-old mission to care for all members of our community regardless of their ability to pay would not be possible without generous support like yours.

Whether it is giving new parents the education and confidence necessary to care for their one-year-old child after a heart transplant, helping someone complete the end of their life in the comfort of home with dignity and supportive care or providing free flu shots to families without insurance, VNA is working to make a difference day by day. Last year, VNA provided more than $1.5 million in uncompensated care with these types of services.  

To continue our mission of caring, we need your help. You can show your support for VNA  in many ways:

1. Make a monetary gift to support our mission. Donate online now through JustGive.org.
    
2. Sign up with Opinions for Good (Op4G) and participate with market research which pays you for your time while generating income for VNA.
    
3. Ask for us by name when you need Medicare-certified home health care or hospice services.
    
4. Get your flu shot from a VNA of Southeast Michigan flu clinic.
    
5. Bring VNA into your work place for corporate health services including health risk assessments, immunizations and screenings.
    
6. Use VNA's Travel Wise Travel Clinic for immunizations when traveling abroad.
    
7. Volunteer for our hospice program.
    
8. Tell your friends, neighbors and coworkers to use VNA for home care, hospice and corporate health services.
