So who is the new President? Congratulations go to Sarah Dunnett, Baxter Healthcare.
Sarah gave an overview of how she uses Six Sigma in her department to promote quality. She reminded us of the Gucci strapline about quality never being forgotten....
Hope you enjoyed the PIPA news. As the summer holidays are just starting, I hope you have time to spend with your family or loved ones relaxing and having fun.
I'm having a holiday in the UK for a change, staying in a lighthouse keepers cottage in South Devon. Let's hope we don't get fog or the fog horn will keep us all awake!
