The Have a Heart Auction Event is close at hand and the Steering Committee has been hard at work.

Donated items have been pouring in and we are in the home stretch!

There are a number of specific jobs we still need some help with and we are asking for more volunteers to do so.

For example:

we could use a Database Assistant  to prepare and file bidder envelopes and assist with data entry online

we need just a couple hours of someone's time to help separate LIVE and SILENT AUCTION items and tag all the Silent items

we need helpers for set up before the Auction  and to be part of the decorating crew

                                                                                                .............. and much much more!

If you only have a few hours, but want to help anyway we can use you!

To find out more please stop by room F3 after the PTA Meeting this Tuesday February 9th @ 7pm

Additionally, we will have signup sheets in front of the school in the upcoming weeks.

Make A difference for  Hamilton !
