It's almost 2010 and that means it's time to plan for our biggest fundraiser of the year! We count almost entirely on our community to support our efforts here at Hamilton and this fund raiser is particularly critical. Our success depends on YOU!
This PTA sponsored event funds After School Enrichment programs, Performing Arts programs, field trips, Teacher discretionary funds ($20 per student), PE & playground equipment, Assemblies, Library materials, Science Night, the International Dinner, Room Parent supplies, the Watch Dog Dad program, Disaster Preparedness, to name a few.
Each year we ask for your help and each year we are encouraged and overwhelmed by your generosity! There are many ways to contribute and we ask you to find a way that is most comfortable for you and your family. For some it will be financial donations, for some their time-to volunteer and help with the event and fund raising, and for others it will be by contributing their talent or services, or through their connections contributing donations of money or services.
As you evaluate your ability to give this coming year, we ask you to include Hamilton!
Tax deductible donations for 2009 are still available but must be received by ~ December 18th!

The two week Holiday Break is a perfect time to connect with family, friends or business associates. Tell them about Hamilton and the amazing work being done each and every day; how we celebrate diversity and promote the academic achievement and success of every child and
our results show in our test scores! Get involved!
