Westchester Triathlon Committee Contributes to Rye Y Youth Programs
Arthur Henderson of the Westchester Triathlon Committee presented a check this month to Laura Tiedge, Rye YMCA Senior Director of Healthy Living. The $17,000 contribution will help support Rye Y Teen and Youth programs. Read more.

YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program
It is not too late to join the next session of the program! Many individuals are unaware that they are impacted by pre-diabetes. The good news is that pre-diabetes (unlike diabetes) is reversible. Gymnastics Open Workout - 6:30-7:30 pm Adults (new!) - March 5; Youth (ages 7 up) - March 22

March Teen NightsThe Rye Y is open for basketball, swimming (swim caps required), working out, video games, or socializing with friends. Teens can also try air hockey, pool, ping-pong or foosball in the Game Room.All are welcome, Rye Y members are free (except special events) and Teen Access members are $5.00.
